Terms and Conditions (Products)

 

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – (NO PERSONAL CHECKS)

 

Return Policy – All sales are final.  We accept returns for items that are damaged in transit only.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first mail us at UniqueLLC8@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us.  Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available.  If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item for a store credit to be used toward a future purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.  If you are approved, then your replacement or store credit will be processed within 7 days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email UniqueLLC@8gmail.com  and return your item to us.

 

Shipping

 

All items and products will include a processing fee in addition to shipping charges.  To return

your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping and processing costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, lost or stolen packages.

 

Unique, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, Unique, LLC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date, delivery tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Creative and Consulting Services

Creative Services

 

Creative design and personalized products cannot be duplicated or replicated without consent or written permission from Unique, LLC. (ALL DESIGNS ARE THE SOLE PROPERTY OF UNIQUE, LLC) and will be protected by copyright and trademark laws.

 

Permission to utilize any designs, ideas or concepts will be reviewed for consideration and approval. Upon approval, a contract will be drawn regarding usage and details.

 

All creative products designed will be required a non-refundable deposit. Full payment will be required upon completion of deigned item.  One sample of finished product will be sent for customer review. Any additional adjustments or changes will be assessed fees.

 

Creative products and design items should be should processed within 3 weeks.

 

Marketing/Business and Professional Consulting Services

 

Scheduled consultations will be rated for hour increments. Marketing/Business and professional consulting services will require payment up front. A detailed summary outlining services rendered will be provided to customer.

 

A contract and confidentiality agreement of services provided will be furnished for customer review.

 

A list of services and products including prices will be provided upon request.
